I need to make an adjustment to my order. How do I proceed?
Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders ship out after 24 hours, so we are only able to make adjustments within this time.
If the address provided on the order is not correct and the parcel has been shipped, please reach out to the local delivery service provider directly via the tracking link in the shipping confirmation.
Does Haver•Way accept returns or provide refunds?
We have a no refund and no return policy as we are unable to accept returns due to health regulations. We do not provide refunds to compensate for delayed shipping.
If I do not like my results, will Haver•Way give me a refund?
We understand that hair is highly personal. Because hair pigments are unique to each person, results are highly variable per individual and we are unable to provide refunds for this reason.
